1. Who we are

Elite Personas LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates AI-driven content channels on third-party social media platforms (including but not limited to Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Reddit, and Pinterest). All channels and accounts referenced in this policy are owned, operated, and controlled exclusively by Elite Personas LLC.

This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled by our internal content-production and -distribution infrastructure ("the Service") in connection with operating those channels.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy describes data handling by our internal infrastructure. It does not govern data collected by the third-party social media platforms on which our channels operate; those platforms are subject to their own privacy policies, which users should review separately.

The Service does not operate a website, mobile application, or end-user-facing product. It is an internal infrastructure operated by Elite Personas LLC for the sole purpose of producing and distributing content from our owned channels.

3. Data we collect from our own channel accounts

The Service authenticates to each platform using OAuth or API tokens issued by the channel-owning Elite Personas LLC account. From those authenticated sessions, the Service may read:

• Our own posted-content metrics — engagement counts (likes, comments, shares, views) and post status for content we have posted from our own channels.
• Our own account-level stats — follower count, video count, and similar account-level metrics for the channel accounts we own.
• Our own posted content — text and media we have published, as reflected back by the platform.

The Service does not read, collect, store, or process data belonging to other users of those platforms beyond what is incidentally returned by platform APIs in normal posting and analytics operations.

4. Data we do NOT collect

To be explicit, the Service does not:

• Collect data from end users, visitors, customers, or any individuals other than Elite Personas LLC personnel.
• Read direct messages sent to or from our channels except where required for platform compliance and operator review.
• Initiate unsolicited contact. Our channels do not send cold messages, comments, or proactive outreach to users who have not first engaged with our content. Reactive replies (responding to comments on, or messages sent to, our own posts) are described in Section 5.
• Scrape, harvest, or aggregate data from accounts other than our own.
• Sell, lease, share, or transfer any data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Use any data collected for purposes other than operating our own channels.

5. How we use the data we collect

Data the Service reads from our own channel accounts is used solely to:

1. Operate our channels — author, schedule, post, and monitor content from Elite Personas LLC-owned accounts.
2. Analyze our own performance — understand how our published content is performing on each platform to inform future content decisions.
3. Comply with platform requirements — ensure our posting practices conform to each platform's terms of service, including AI-generated content disclosure requirements.
4. Respond to inbound engagement — when a platform user comments on, or sends a message to, one of our posts, we may read that interaction in order to compose a reply. We process only the content of interactions directed at us, only for the purpose of responding, and we do not retain or repurpose it beyond that.

6. Data storage and security

Authentication tokens (OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and equivalent credentials) are stored on infrastructure controlled by Elite Personas LLC. Storage is:

• Local to our infrastructure; tokens are not transmitted to or shared with any third party.
• Permission-restricted to operator and service accounts requiring access.
• Refreshed and rotated per each platform's token lifecycle requirements.

Engagement metrics and content artifacts read from our own channel accounts are stored locally on the same infrastructure for analytical purposes.

7. Data retention

• Authentication tokens are retained for as long as the channel account is active, then revoked.
• Channel analytics and content artifacts are retained for as long as the channel account is active and may be archived for historical analysis. No personal data of third parties is retained.

8. AI-generated content disclosure

The Service produces AI-generated video, image, and text content. All content posted via the Service is labeled as AI-generated using the disclosure mechanisms provided by each platform (for example, TikTok's is_aigc=true API flag, and equivalent mechanisms on other platforms), in addition to any supplementary disclosure (hashtags, captions) recommended by platform policy.

9. Children's privacy

The Service does not collect, store, or process data from individuals under the age of 18. Our content channels operate as adult-owned business accounts and our content is intended for general audiences subject to each platform's content guidelines.

10. Third-party links and platforms

Content posted by our channels appears on third-party social media platforms. Those platforms have their own privacy policies governing how viewers and engagers of our content are tracked by the platform itself. We are not responsible for the data-handling practices of those platforms.

11. Your rights

If you are a user of a third-party platform who has interacted with content posted by an Elite Personas LLC-owned channel and wish to inquire about any data that channel's reactive engagement may have read about you (for example, if you commented on or messaged one of our posts), you may contact us at the address below. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted in a changelog appended to this document.
